To say it. Elsewhere Naruto starts to come to terms with the reality of Sasuke's sad future which triggers memories of people's resentment towards his friend. He was able to activate Shisui's eye twice in a day, first during the five Kage meeting and later towards the end of his battle with Sasuke. Including his eye.

The only reason Komoamatsukami could be used once per decade is because Itachi's crow had such a limited chakra supply and would take that long for it to build up enough chakra to use it again. Shisui Koto ggs him since Danzo won't have Shisuis eye in this scenario. Shisui also has Susanoo if he has DMS.
